Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of axius.tech and any engagement with Axius ("Axius," "we," "us"), a private technology operations practice based in Altamonte Springs, Florida. By using this site or starting an engagement, you agree to them.
01What we do
Axius takes ownership of the technology behind a business — software, automations, integrations, AI systems, and vendor coordination — and runs it as an ongoing engagement. The specific scope is agreed with you before work begins and documented in writing.
02Engagements & billing
- Engagements are monthly and billed in advance through Stripe. Current plans start at $2,500/month (Team) and $5,000/month (Department); Executive is scoped individually.
- A one-time setup fee may apply at the start, as shown at checkout.
- Plans renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- Fees are stated in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
03Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, month to month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month, and no notice is required to stop. Because your code, credentials, and accounts already live in your own systems, you keep everything regardless — nothing is held.
For a full, guided handover — documentation, runbooks, and an orderly transfer of everything we operate — give us thirty (30) days' notice so we can prepare and deliver it properly. Without that notice you'll still leave with all your assets in your accounts; you'll simply forgo the guided wind-down. Setup fees and the current month's fee are non-refundable except as required by law or under our service guarantee.
04Service guarantee
If agreed work does not land within its agreed window, the following month is on us. This applies to work scoped and committed in writing; it does not cover delays caused by missing access, late approvals, or third parties outside our control.
05Ownership of your work
What we build for you is yours. Code, credentials, documentation, and accounts live in your systems. Nothing essential is held hostage. We retain no ownership of your business data or deliverables once paid for, and we may reuse general know-how and non-confidential techniques.
06Your responsibilities
- Provide timely access, approvals, and accurate information.
- Maintain your own third-party accounts and their fees (e.g., software subscriptions we operate on your behalf).
- Use the work lawfully and not ask us to do anything unlawful.
07Confidentiality
We treat your non-public business information as confidential and use it only to serve you. We expect the same for any non-public details of how we work.
08Disclaimers & limitation of liability
We deliver our work with professional care, but the site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axius's total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for the month in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
09Site content
Illustrative outcomes, figures, and examples shown on this site are representative and not a guarantee of specific results. Trademarks and content on axius.tech belong to Axius and may not be reused without permission.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Florida.
