Privacy Policy

Axius ("Axius," "we," "us") is a private technology operations practice based in Altamonte Springs, Florida. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep data collection deliberately minimal.

01Information we collect

• What you give us — your name, email, business name, and anything you write when you email us, book a call, or message the on-page chat.
• Payment information — when you start an engagement, payment is processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. We receive confirmation, the plan, and billing status.
• Basic technical data — like any website, our host (Vercel) and our font provider (Google Fonts) may log your IP address and browser type as part of serving the page. We do not run advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies.

02How we use it

• To respond to you, schedule and run your engagement, and provide support.
• To process payments, send invoices and receipts, and manage your subscription.
• To keep records we're legally required to keep (e.g., tax, accounting).

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

03Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to operate, each handling their own slice:

• Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
• Cal.com — scheduling, when you book a call.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Google Fonts — typography delivery.

Each is bound by its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.

04Cookies & local storage

The Axius site itself sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe and Cal.com may set cookies on their own checkout and booking pages to operate securely; those are governed by their policies.

We do keep a random, first-party identifier and a few basic engagement signals — such as how many times you've visited, roughly how long you spend, and which sections you view — in your browser's local storage. We use this only to recognize return visits and to follow up thoughtfully. It is not a cookie, is never sold or shared, is never used for advertising, and you can clear it anytime through your browser.

05Data retention

We keep your information for as long as you're a client and as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (subject to records we must legally retain).

06Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and the California CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us — we'll respond within a reasonable time and won't charge you for it.

07Security

We use reputable, security-conscious providers and limit access to your information to what's necessary to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect it.

08Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date above. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly.
