On-time bonus is paid weekly, starting the first week a project has a committed date. A project has as many owners as its plan calls for: one on Team, two on Department, three at $10,000 a month on Executive and one more for every further $2,500. Every owner is paid every amount here in full.
Read the numbers as recurring, because the work is too: you keep every client's systems running and improving each month they stay, not a one-time build. A dedicated account manager, the platform, and AI carry everything that isn't building, so even with real ongoing work, one project is a freelance load, three is part-time, and five is a full book. Beyond that, you grow into a partner.

Every Team project pays $200 a month for as long as you keep delivering for that client, plus $40 a week for delivering on time from the first week with a committed date, plus the retainer once you commit. Most of the money is in hitting the dates, which is what the client is actually paying for. As you add projects, it stacks:

One project runs like a freelance engagement, three is a steady part-time load, and five is full-time. You choose where you sit, and the retainer starts at three. That is your own Team projects alone. Department and Executive projects pay two to four times more. It all recurs, month after month. Exact figures and conditions are confirmed in your written agreement before you start, so there are no surprises on either side.
A full personal book is only so many projects. To grow past it you become a partner: recruit and lead your own vetted team, take on far more work, and earn an override on everything they deliver. Your income stops being capped by your own hours.
