Axius gives businesses a dedicated technology partner and a whole team to run everything technical behind their business. You build the systems they run on, and earn on every one.
You build the systems. We handle the rest.
Every business runs on technology, and every business needs someone accountable for it: planning, building, maintaining, and improving the software, AI, automations, data, and security behind the operation. Axius is that partner, and you're the engineer who makes it real.
A dedicated account manager owns the client relationship: every conversation, brief, and review, so you never sit in a meeting or chase feedback. You build end to end on a platform we keep building, with AI, advanced prompts, and playbooks carrying the fundamentals and the repetitive work, so the load is far lighter than it looks. Delivery windows are deliberately comfortable, with real buffer and no rush. It's fully remote and async worldwide; specialists handle the rare deep problem, peers back each other up, and no manager looks over your shoulder.
Sites, apps, and full-stack work that actually goes live.
Agents, automations, and integrations that carry the repetitive work.
Pipelines, dashboards, and reporting that show the whole business.
Deploy, harden, and keep it running: the layer clients trust you for.
You're a generalist who ships across all of it and goes deep in one. The team's specializations cover the rest, and strong engineers grow into partners who run their own vetted team.
| Plan | Per month | Initiation | On-time bonus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Team | $200 / mo | $100 | +$20 / wk |
| Department | $400 / mo | $200 | +$40 / wk |
| Executive | $800 / mo | $400 | +$80 / wk |
On-time bonus is paid weekly, starting in your second month.
Read the numbers as recurring, because the work is too: you keep every client's systems running and improving each month they stay, not a one-time build. A dedicated account manager, the platform, and AI carry everything that isn't building, so even with real ongoing work, about five clients stays a comfortable load, part-time or full. Beyond that, you grow into a partner.
Illustrative, using Team-plan clients to keep it simple. Department and Executive projects pay two and four times as much. Actual earnings depend on your load, plan mix, delivery, and consistency.
Every Team project pays $200 a month for as long as you keep delivering for that client, plus $20 a week on time from your second month, plus the retainer once you commit. As you add clients, it stacks:
| Active Team clients | Per-project + on-time | Retainer | Monthly recurring |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 (freelance) | $280 | $0 | $280 / mo |
| 3 (part-time) | $840 | $400 | $1,240 / mo |
| 5 (full-time) | $1,400 | $800 | $2,200 / mo |
One project runs like a freelance engagement, three is a steady part-time load, and five is full-time. You choose where you sit, and the retainer starts at three. That is your own Team clients alone. Department and Executive projects pay two to four times more. It all recurs, month after month. Exact figures and conditions are confirmed in your written agreement before you start, so there are no surprises on either side.
A full personal book is only so many clients. To grow past it you become a partner: recruit and lead your own vetted team, take on far more work, and earn an override on everything they deliver. Your income stops being capped by your own hours.
